How early should I expect to start catching mackerel in N Wales, also does
anyone know a good supplier of sandeel in this area? |

don't know but we were catching mackerel at Folkestone Kent just two days

Out this afternoon, catch was: 1 gurnard & 1 whiting....no mackerel!

Surprisingly we had the first mackerel out of Scrabster at the weekend

The Makerel certaintly haven't arrived in Co Antrim. Was out Thursday and

yep, filled the freezer up in about an hour, decent sized ones too!

where did you go to? of Exmouth beach or out on a boat or somewhere else?
popped over to budleigh last night, was quite rough, not at all like the night before, didn't catch any but the bloke next to me had a bucket load! so there still out there of the beach.
