Daiwa Goldcast III reel question...
 

I just ordered a Daiwa Goldcast III spincast reel. It comes spooled
with 8 Lb. line. Can I put thinner line on it, like #4 or #6, or will
this cause problems?

Yes you can line it with smaller line,, just set your drag right, and
have fun
