Shimano Turn Around Time

I sent a box of my older Curados off to Shimano a few weeks ago to clean &
check per their website, and have heard nothing back. Tracking shows they
received it a couple days after I sent it.

What is their typical turn around time for cleaning and repairing reels?

technicians desk and should be shipped back either today or tomorrow.Thank
