Shakespeare Trion

There is a warning on the box for my Shakespeare Trion fly reel which reads:
This product contains a chemical known to the state of California to cause
cancer and birth defects and other reproductive harm.

The Pfluegler website does contain a warning about lead.

Does anyone know what the chemical refered to on the box is? or is it the
lead refered to on the website?

Regards, Trevor.

Just don't eat your reel, and you'll be fine...
