Bought a couple of rods here A1 service, goods delivered within days. One
of the rods was out of stock so they had it delivered straight from the
Manufacture.
I sent a reel back for no other reason than I did not like it. I was given
a refund within days.

Recently ordered form Leslies of luton and had a poor experience. Just lack
of communication on their stock availability and postal costs are not shown
on the totals but are charged later, search the site and you can find some
info but its not specific to your order. Also any items that are not
available are just ignored, no phone call, no email, no alternative offered.
I rang them to express my concerns and was met with just a take it or leave
it indifferent attitude.

Bennetts are ok but they will tell you a item is in stock when it isn't so
sometimes you can end up waiting for months.Oh and there prices can been on
the steep side as well.
