I've had *bad* experiences with two companies unfortunately - bennets
didnt have the rod/reel i wanted in stock, then at the last miinute
told me they wouldnt deliver unless i sent them a statement from my
credit card which i dont have because its an internet credit card...
so i had to cancel the order - then it turned out theyd charged me
anyway! Still, i did get my refund quickly....

Swiftys were VERY helpful, and really friendly, but again i had
problems with things being out of stock - and it would also seem that
the delivery driver nicked part of my order - seen as swiftys insisted
they sent some parts of it out - but they gave me the refund (though
im still waiting for my reel case!).

Id probably use swiftys agin though - good site, good choice, nice
people, just a shame we had some minor issues - but it wouldnt put me
off unless it happened twice.
