Lurking here in rofb I've noticed an interest in politics and
the Constitution. Here's a link to think about:

In the same vein here's the straight dope on a Usenet post that's
been making the rounds lately.

Sorry, Ken. I tried to open your links, but as I expected they were so far
to the left that they slid right off my screen.

Seven whining losers, two surrender monkies, and one useless hag who
couldn't even control her lying, carousing husband (let alone an entire
country), are the best the left has to offer this country in '04! Not worth
discussing! No decent political discourse this year, I guess.

For you lefties who recognize the futility of your attempt to push socialism
down our throats, I suggest you go directly to the heart of your favorite
worker's paradise for inspiration. Try these links:

You must be referring to pop-up ads. Do a Google on pop-up ads and
you'll find lots of free programs to eliminate them or use a browser
like Netscape 7.1 which will eliminate them automagically.

I've read, just in the last few days, discussions of Native treaty
rights in Wisconsin, the coup d'etat perpetrated on our body politic
by "liberal judges", and some mind-bogglingly uninformed rants on
the second amendment to the US Constitution. So SOMEBODY here cares
about politics.

I posted two links, one to the conservative columnist Georgie Anne Geyer's
column of Oct. 16, and another to a quote from a book written by former
President George Bush and Brent Scowcroft.

Which of those three personages would you consider to be "far to the left"?

For you lefties ...

Thanks Bob, you're always thinking of others, you sweetheart, you. ;-)

BTW, I'm gonna be moving my Mom back to your neck of the woods this
spring. my Dad passed last week down in Alabama and as soon as we sell
the house down there in the spring I'll be ready to dump you out of ...
er, take you out in my canoe. ;-)

No can do, not with Webtv. And even if I could, why should I be
inconvenienced that way?
