Line for spinning reel?

I 99% baitcast bass fish but I just ordered a Cabela's "Prodigy"
2000(Daiwa Capricorn) for my spinning V-Rod.
Seaguar CarbonPro(100% fluorocarbon) is what I am using on my 10lb
baitcast rig and I like it a lot.

If I got this line, in 6lb, would it be to stiff for a spinning reel?

I am looking to keep the line visibility down for the clear lakes when
I dropshot and throw small lures.

Thanks
