Abu 5000
 

My abu 5000 has bushed bearings in the spool. the diameter of the bearings
looks to be 1cm (10mm).
Veals sell some ball bearing conversions 4mm x 10mm x 4mm, I was wondering
if these would fit.
Has anyone removed the bushed bearings from a Abu spool? are they a tight
fit
to remove and to replace the new bearings?
On one end it seems I first have to remove a circlip, on the other end is a
plastic of nylon gear wheel, at this time I do not want to try and force
anything by attempting to dismantle.
