Flooding in Coburn

If you didn't know, Coburn and most of Central & NE PA are experiencing
mild flooding. Perhaps not so mild in places... I say 'mild' because I
remember what *serious* flooding around here looks like, and this ain't
even close.

Nevertheless, Fishing Creek was out of it's banks in Mill Hall and
Coburn has quite a bit of water above flood stage. There's a front page
article at http://www.centredailytimes.com/ about Coburn in particular.
The folks in Wilkes-Barre/Scranton got it much worse than we did here,
from what I've seen on the boob toob.

For those of you that have fished Fishing Creek, I'll post a few pics on
ABPF.

Wet basement & all,

We could not cross the bridge over Penns from Hemlock Acres to go to
the football game on Saturday morning! The guests at the Feathered
Hook could NOT GET OUT of the house as it has water all around it.

Whoah! That's some water. More than the '02 Clave it would appear. Joel's
picnic table musta been completely submerged.

Thanks for the pictures, Gene. Hope things dry out over there.

Well, how did everyone fair in the fishing department? If I remember
right, Bruce says that he can catch tons of fish when the river is up.
Did he get any (fish)?
