Visual difference between fiberglass graphite and composit rods

I have a Wonderod, which I assume is all fiberglass.
I also have a newer custom made rod which I assume is all graphite.

I have some older rods, custom made from blanks.
Looks like a composite? maybe graphite.
They are sorta old.. 60's 70's ??

Any websites with photos of rods?
Or any I can e-mail a photo of the rod to see what it is?
thanks

Many rods have some fiberglass scrim in them to improve their hoop strength
and make them more durable, the original graphite rods of that far back were
high modulus graphite that was very tender/brittle whatever you want to call
it, until IM6 came out we had glass in everything. IM6 was both high modulus
and tougher at the same time, graphite improvements like the IMX Loomis
material allowed the first all graphite blanks, but it's all still just
industrial/aviation graphite. Only the Loomis GLX graphite was designed
exclusively for rod blanks.
Many rods today still use fiberglass scrim for toughness, there are much
higher modulus glass out there also, but it doesn't get used in rod blanks
to my knowledge.
