This is the right answer.

A friend of mine who I think knows a lot says he only uses soap and water
and does not put anything on his lines today.

Many feel that the Tiemco(Umpqua) silicon line dressing is very good.

Some like Russ Peak line dressing.

For years many use the Mucilin paste too.

If your floating fly line is more than 5 years old, I would think about a
new fly line. The most expensive are only ~$60 USD.

Fly line floatant: Mucilin
Fly floatant: Gink in concert with Frog's Fanny and Dry Shake. (they
all have strengths and weaknesses but work real well together)
Line Cleaner: soap and water. If more is needed, try LineSpeed et al.
Reel Lube: Whale Spit
Knot Lube: Knot-Perfect (but it's pretty damn close...;)

I read the list and was thinkin'
"That explains the affection for his big drift boat, ..... to carry all that
stuff."
