Google up "Harvard Stem Cell Institute" "Charles Jennings," and "clone."

While, IMO, this type of "cloning-for-research" isn't necessarily a bad
thing, it certainly does give the "thin end of the wedge" side of the
debate some ammo. And as I said earlier, IMO, that argument against
embryonic stem cell research is the one with the most "legs," as it
were.
