Well, cousin, that IS funny! :)

Um.......however, I wasn't able to make out the license plates.........it's
possible that these particular retards are Canadian........hm......or
Jamaican, I suppose.

At any rate, curious title.

Looks like an Ontario plate, actually.

I agree...I think its Ontario. In the summer.

But hilarious, nonetheless. I noticed instantly that they had the tow strap
on the wrong side of the car and that it was only gonna get worse. I sure
didn't expect THAT much worse, though!!

Funny you should mention that. Standard joke about Americans in
Canada concern those showing up with skis on the cars -- in July.
Actually saw one this July, roof rack full of skis, driving down Hwy
403 outside of Hamilton, in 80 degree weather. We nearly ****ed
ourselves laughing. We then tried to figure out how far north of the
Arctic Circle these people would have to travel before they found some
snow on the permanent Arctic ice pack, that they could ski on.

As has been pointed out, they're Canuckistanians.
On the other hand, when trying to shift a heavy load, it is quite often
easier to break the load up into smaller, lighter parcels. So, they may not
be stupid, just engineering students.
