Is This the ROFB Classic?

Reading this new round of rubber band posts... deja vu? Am I living
a dream? "We have all been here before..." Or, those that have been
here, have seen and read this before. rotflol

It's a shame many people have to repeat the first grade

Oh you will be here, again, and again for the next thirty or forty
years, except you will be reading it, and seeing it everywhere.

You will still be laughing, while everyone else is catching more and
bigger fish than you. Little 10 year olds will be kicking your butt, and
you will claim it's luck.

Actually this is more fun, and it proves that I have a winner,, EVERY
revolutionary invention was laughed at by those who think they know.
From the Telephone to the PC was laughed at, by those who were "in the
Know" at the time. Of course like some of you, they laughed at it before
they ever used it.

And with each post... the arrogance grows.

Not a good idea to insult your audience.

They also laughed at solar-powered flashlights, submarine screen doors,
and wood burning cars.
I don't think your boomer thing can't catch fish, I just don't think you
need it, any more than I need a cross-hair sight on the end of my rod.
If I had heard or read about it from someone else, I might have
chuckled, BOUGHT one, and played with it just to see. Heck, I've owned
telescoping rods and whacky lures, but if you had the only braid and
mono available, I'd fish with kite string. My memory isn't as good as it
used to be, but it didn't take many posts to remember why you were in my
killfile before. And will be again.

For Christmas my brother got me one of those Hummer "Shake it to death to
generate it's own power" flashlights.

I'm willing to trade for your solar powered one.
