DragonFly Nymph

I am in search of easily tied Dragon Fly Patterns for use in Northern lakes. I have a couple patterns but they require plastic inserts & other materials but are not ones you would be tying at night in the tent by lamp light. I would appreciate any & all patterns you might find helpful.
