You are gonna really miss San Diego!!!!! Especially since Hodges is
coming back on line now! I lived in Rogue River, Oregon, not alot of
bass, but if you like salmon, and trout fishing...it's not bad. I put
fishing aside while living there, and took up gold panning, and river
rafting...almost as much fun! grin.
Good luck on the move!

I know John however I am dismayed that Hodges filled. Ya see I kayak
fish and now that boats are allowed in it will be an annoying and noisey
zoo. Those 4 years of no boats was heaven. In fact I mention Hodges in
an article I wrote for "Kayak Fisherman" magazine winter edition.

Anyway, our move will be in 2-5 years depending on the details of the
retirement package with the next barganing agreement at work. But I am
planning early!!

We will probably RV around the USA and Canada for a couple of years so I
will have plenty of oppurtunity to kayak fish for my beloved bass and
others.

Everytime I am in Henry's Marketplace I look for John so I can say "hi"
and introduce myself. His truck is there but I guess he works in the
office more now.
Seems like I know friends of famous local bass guys but haven't quite
met them. I am friends with Sean of Lake Poway and Frank of
"Artishables". John will know who they are. They both know Mike Long too.

Take care.

Nearby Crane Prairie has Northern strain LM Bass introduced. It is a lake
where they did NOT cut and burn trees before flooding.

Good luck!
John
