Fishing - for the flytyers in northern california

I am looking for people in the chico area to go in on bulk items to get
wholesale prices. For instance, have 10 people go in on tiemco 2357
hooks, and we each get 100 hooks for about $5.50. Whiting hackle, I
only need about 6 people and we can get any cape or hackle for half
off. My friend will not be happy selling 1 cape, it has to be like
6-12 of the same item. So I cant order 100 2357's, it has to be like
500-1000 (hooks). It would be kind of like a coop. I am not
interested in people not in the area, you deal with me in person, pick
