Looking for LONG Fillet Knife

I have a friend that has a Coleman Western fillet knife with an 11 inch
blade. Can't seem to find another one anywhere.

Any ideas on that knife or where to find another quality fillet knife with
at least an 10 inch blade?

THANKS!

I not sure about an 10 or 11 inch blade in a filet knife but you can buy a
boning knife in that length. A boning knife is thin like a filet knife.
Check out Dexter Russell knives. The blades are of good quality. They do
have an 9 inch filet knife. There are several styles both thin blade and
wide blade filet knives. http://www.dexter-russell.com

This is one of the oldest makers of cutlery in the USA. They make
professional cutlery also.

Look at an Academy, they have a sani-safe brand filet knife that looks long
enough.

Cutco. Without doubt the best fillet knife I've ever owned. Stainless
blade is adjustable to two differeft lengths, the longest of which is
about 10 ". Kind of pricey, but excellant quality.
