I appreciate it. Everytime I have called there has been no one and I mean no one that knows what to do. This dates back to the time of the server changeover when the first person I spoke with claimed I got an e-mail about. That e-mail never arrived and regularly the service is goofed up. I have talked with tech support at Agent about the kinds of problems I am having and all were explained as server related. I have used Agent for years and had no problems like this. Not only do posts not show up but on occassion I get a message that I cannot have two connections open at once or the server wil not accept my posts the first or second time. doS, take your reply to e-mail please.
