favorite PANFISH shore lunch recipe?

Whats your favorite shorelunch recipe for panfish? or if you don't eat shore-lunches what's your favorite panfish recipe. please include ingredients/instruction Thanks a million |

I filet the fish or use the whole fish if it is a trout. 1: mix breadcrumbs & parmson cheese 2: beat eggs in a dish 3: dip fish peices in egg and roll in bread crumbs mix 4: place peices on light greased cookie sheet. 5: Place in hot oven 450 degrees for about 5 minutes for small pieces and longer for bigger pieces of fish and trout. How heavy is your oven to pack to the shore? How is it powered? |

I suspect that with prior proper planning (PPP) it is no problemo! 1) A single pack mule can handle carrying the oven and 2) The oven is electric powered so plan on seven additional mules to carry the extension cord. OK! ;) |
