C&F Threader Boxes

The old eyesight gave me the edgar britts enough this season past to
order in a threader
box for next season. To my surprise it's already here - won't be using
it for a while though
unless we get after some smutting fish in the lakes.

The things look pretty much fool proof but are there any traps that
aren't obvious like flys
tangling on adjacent threaders (DavePA 2001) to watch out for?

Yes, you need to be careful about flies tangling from adjacent threaders,
especially as the threaders tend to get bent after some period of use.
Also, due to the very fine wire that needs to be used on the threaders, they
are quite fragile and prone to break with much use.
