Nymphs patterns for salmon?
I have to tie some nymphs for sight fishing for salmon later on this summer.
Wondered if those who have experience in that field could make some suggestions? Large pheasant tails in size 6 or 8 come to mind, as well as stone fly looking bugs, and finally gold heads omn long shanks perhaps but behond these sketchy outlines: what colour combinations, weighting advices? Other suggested patterns? Thanks in advance The Leaping Frog |
