Small rod holdall
I only ever take a float rod and a small spinning rod with me on my
trips, (plus the usual rod rests etc). Any recommendations for a small two rod holdall? I get fed up lugging my massive 6 rod holdall with me on my little jaunts. (Must be getting old :-) Cheers, Alec Powell -- Alec Powell Watlington Oxon. UK Fishing the Thame, Windrush and the Thames Web Pages: http://www.prole.demon.co.uk/ |

Joined Dorchester Angling Society to fish the Thame and Thames. Off on Monday to see how the chub are doing. (Reports are that they are in abundance at Dorchester). Had a look at your holdall. Looks good to me - you know me I always travel light. Maybe a bash on the Windrush one evening next week? ) Ooops! Sorry lads, talking trout here :-) Cheers, Alec -- Alec and Valerie Powell Watlington Oxon. UK Web Pages: http://www.prole.demon.co.uk/ |

I get the coarse gear out and have a dabble every now and then. Windrush: Should be OK for one evening... I'll have a better idea on Monday once I've sorted out my diary in work, so gissa a call to arrange. Plenty of Chub take the fly as well, so not completely off topic ;o) ATB, -- Andy Lawson |
