Mandarin anglers win TECO benefit By Greg WalkerSam Folds and Todd Mowery of Mandarin took the Fourth Annual Tampa Electric Company (TECO) bass tournament Saturday at Crystal Cove Marina with an eight-fish limit weighing 31.38 pounds and claimed the $5,000 top prize. Their creel included the second-largest fish of the tournament that tipped the scales at 7.82 pounds, and added another $380 to their winnings. Runnersup L.E. and Preston Clark made it a close race, coming in just under two pounds behind the leaders with 29.51 pounds, collecting a check for $2,000. The benefit set an attendance record, launching 95 boats Saturday morning at safe light, beating its first year number of 83. Friday evening's kick-off dinner.....
