Second hand or Budget Carp Pole choice

Hi all

Im a seasoned club match angler (check out my t-shirt tan!)

Anyway I have not fished for years but
am interested in getting back into it
(in a casual (not match) way)

I have an old 12.5m trabucco pole
but all of the three top fours have been
stood on /carp smashed /seized joints

I may find it difficult and expensive to find spares
(tackle shops in ireland are nothing to yours)

the trabucco was average at the time
but very heavy and sloppy at 12.5m

I am thinking it may be as well to get one on ebay

To show how long I'm retired:
the poles of my time were the Mavers and the black magic
I bought one of the best feeder rods at the time - 13' drennan im8

Anyway, i want a reasnable carp pole, at a decent price (dont we all)

it would not need to be the strongest on the market
It would be used for up to 7lb carp, tench, and everything smaller

any name suggestions for an ebay steal?

Many thanks

niall
