I want to wacky rig Senkos in the brush.

What weedless hook brand/type and size do you suggest?
Thanks

I use the w.w.hook by reaction innovations on 30lb Stren Super Braid. I
have fished it with some decent success on 12lb Seaguar Carbon Pro in the
past. (Th Seaguar is pretty darned tough int he trash, but the ten pound
sucks) You may be tempted to use those long wire weedguard hooks, but they
miss a lot of fish. If you want a faster fall you may want to switch to
20LB Super Braid, but you can count on having to run your boat into the
trash to recover a few fish.

There is a new hook with a wire weedguard shaped more similar to the
w.w.hook but the point is bent to one side like a bait holder hook that some
of the guys are using. I haven't tried it yet. They claim it is slightly
more weedless than the w.w.hook, and has an even better rate of hook ups.

I do know that in open or semi open water the regular bait holder hook with
the point turn slightly to one side does have a slightly better hookup rate
than the w.w.hook as that is the hook I originally used to fish wacky rigs.
The problem with it is that it will swim ten feet to one side all on its
very own to hook up on a twig. LOL. Its almost like watching a jumping
cholla cactus lean towards exposed flesh. LOL.
