Phipps Park Florida fish fry
 

I'm wondering if anyone remembers the Kidhelpers fish frys at Phipps Park in
south Florida back in the last century. I remember eating plate after plate of
fried snook, and saving a plate for later.
If there is interest, perhaps I'll explore restarting it.
