I'm Also New and Looking to Talk Fishing!

Hello: I'm new here like Jeremy. I've been all over the net looking for
serious fishing chat. I want to learn but also I have been fishing a
long time, run my own guide service for the last ten years and can,
hopefully, share what I know. Where I'm from we usually fish for
Smallmouth, Largemouth fishing is around but isn't as hot so if you
want smallie info, I can help.

Thanks for the welcome Charles. Is for where I am, I am in the middle
of a blizzard up here in Northwestern Ontario Canada. Winter came hard
overnight. Glad I stored the boat away last week I'd be out there knee
deep trying to take the batteries and electronics out. How about
yourself? Fish good where you hale?

Welcome Jackfish, sit back and enjoy the slow season in here. Winter is here
and while I don't have ice here yet( P.A), it is getting very cold. But I
can't complain, I had a very good year and I am starting to stock up baits
for the MTC next April. Check out this link and add yourself Jackfish.

Jack, Charles & I and a few others hail from middle Tennessee. The fishing
here is good. Check out any threads pertaining to the Southern Classic, (
used to be known as the Mid Tenn. Classic" Hope you can plan to join us. You
will find that members of this NG gather a couple of times a year to fish
and B.S for a few days.

Sorry Ratman, never fished Bright Lake. I'm not sure which Soo you are
referring to. Souix Lookout is near me. I fish Rainy Lake and Lake of
the Woods the most but also many of the hundreds of lake and rivers
around my home. They are great.
