http://www.dallarigiorgio.it/inglese/homeing.html Laugh if you must but they really are functional, very smooth reels. Not as heavy as you would think and they don't bust when dropped They do look nice on a cane rod. And they've been around for several years. |

He replied an hour and a half later and said he had just weighed two: the briar wood model is 118 gr. (4.15 oz) and the amboina wood model 129 gr (4.5 oz). He says there is some variation, of course, due to the nature of the materials and the method of manufacture. You're right: they are not at all unduly heavy. JR |
