OT Kinda...Help in Miami

Hi all,

Janet and I are heading down to Miami in a couple of weeks so I can meet
with the people at FastCat Marine. We're going to test drive one of the
boats and pick out the options and graphics for my new boat.

I'm trying to find a motel that is north of the airport, someplace between
the airport and NW 72nd Street. Does anyone know a decent place (ie clean)
that is reasonably priced?

We're going to rent a car while down there, but I'd rather not drive anymore
than necessary. I've been in Miami before and should have gotten a combat
ribbon.

Actually please email me all your current contact numbers Steve, my cell
phone suffered an unfortunate accident last summer on (in really) Lake
Champlain.

Scariest moment of my angling life, I was returning to my vehicle through
6-8 waves, just putting along with no problem, riding the crests mostly
about 5 mph or so. I'd never been out of Plattsburgh before so I took my
eyes off the waves for 2 seconds to glance at my plotter & WHAMMO! I was
chest-deep in water & my phone was 2 feet under it lol. Thank God I never
took my foot off the trottle or I'd have been swamped for sure. Scary, I
was by myself.
