Can anyone here explain to me how I can forward and email message to this
newsgroup without retyping the entire email ??

Hold down the left mouse key and highlight the entire message. Then right
click and select copy.

Now, click on "New Post". Once the new window has opened up, click in the
body of the message and then right click. Select paste.

Bingo, there's your message! Now all you have to do is type in a subject
title.

If you are emailing using OE, just click "forward", the copy and paste,
works as long as you are using windows. Nothing to do with OE. And easier
way to highlite the whole message is contrl A with the the cursor in the
message.
