Too late.
It was last week and the result was published on Sunday.

For a ban 2%
Against 98%

The poll was publicised on a few angling forums, and never got a
mention antwhere else that I could see, so I'm guessing that it was
mainly anglers who bothered to vote.
Totally pointless exercise - would have made more sense for anglers to
abstain and see how the general public voted.
Notice they didn't give any figures for the actual number of votes
cast as far as I could see anyway.
