Remember we had the same problem at Dale Hollow, needing both State
Licenses. "Steve @ OutdoorFrontiers" wrote in message ... "Charles B. Summers" charles wrote in message . .. http://www.midtennclassic.org The tournament is NEXT MONTH!!! If you name is not on the roster and want it added: http://www.midtennclassic.org/roster.htm Charles, I have a question for you that you might know the answer to. We're going out on the water from Kentucky, right? If I remember correctly, this body of water straddles Kentuck and Tennessee. How far away is Tennessee water and will we need licenses from both states if I want to make a run? Here in Wisconsin, if I fish a boundary water between Wisconsin and Michigan, I only need a Wisconsin fishing license, but I know that doesn't work on all lakes. Inquiring minds want to know....... -- Steve @ OutdoorFrontiers http://www.outdoorfrontiers.com G & S Guide Service and Custom Rods http://www.herefishyfishy.com |

That's what I thought, but I'm not sure how far away the Tennessee water is and if it will become a problem. When I was fishing Dale Hollow, I found enough decent fishing water in Tennessee that I didn't need a Kentucky license. -- Steve @ OutdoorFrontiers http://www.outdoorfrontiers.com G & S Guide Service and Custom Rods http://www.herefishyfishy.com |

There is plenty of water in Kentucky....and it's a pretty long run to the Tn. line. I doubt you would want to venture that far. John |

TN is a LONG haul (30 miles one way) if you want to go there... but yes,
you'll need both licenses if you do. "Steve @ OutdoorFrontiers" wrote in message ... "Charles B. Summers" charles wrote in message . .. http://www.midtennclassic.org The tournament is NEXT MONTH!!!
