Santa Fe (Pecos?) in April
 

Will be in Santa Fe, NM, in early April for mother-in-law's BD. Travel
brochures noted that the Pecos is nearby, so I was thinking of sneaking off
one day to wet a line.

Anyone know much about the Pecos this time of year or other streams within
an hour of Santa Fe you could recommend?

smaller rod will be handy around here. You'll have several choices,
especially if you stretch that to within an hour and a half of Santa
Fe.
