Anyone out there fishing for perch in Lake Erie these days? Any good spots?

Also, are there any free boat launches around turkey point/long point?
We drive down from Kitchener and have been launching at Booth's Bay
marine, but we do it so regularly that it becomes a bit expensive.

closer to Kitchener-Waterloo area than Lake Erie?
