High Pressure Bass?

What kinds of presentations do you guys use when fishing a lake that receives
alot of fishing pressure? Last Saturday I was fishing at a favorite spot on a
small lake. The sunfish and perch were hitting like crazy, but the bass were
keeping their distance. My old standbys weren't producing, namely an
unweighted wacky rigged senko. Then I noticed a discarded senko (or imitation
there of). Soon I had found about a half dozen of them in 3 different colors,
all quite worn out. I tried a senko-knock off called a Wave worm tiki stick.
I noticed several bass swim up and inspect it, but no hits.
What would you fellows do in this situation?

There's no universal answer to fishing pressure. But lighter/smaller is
close. In heavy pressure situations, try a WEIGHTED wacky rigged worm. (A
traditional plastic worm, rigged wacky style, but a bit ahead of center,
with a weight jammed in its nose.

If that doesn't work, go dropshot.

I would catch one of those small sunfish and use it.

I tried that, but nothing. To be honest, the only thing I ever caught useing
sunfish for bait is catfish. I'm thinking of heading back with a bucket of
shinners, or just trying some different spots on the same lake.

How about drop-shotting? This is my "go-to" presentation when things
get tough - and it usually works.
