Can anyone tell me where i would be able to buy a Hardy Fishing 17 boat
cover either new or better still second hand.

This may not help but there is a place in Stockport,Cheshire called
Sherlock Forms (really) which, in spite of the name, will make
made-to-measure boat covers.
