just bought a 14' fishing boat and it came with a lowrance x20a ..well
i dont know a darn thing about it......can anyone help me?????

Jamie,

Here's a link to Lowrance Owner's Manuals.
http://www.lowrance.com/Manuals/default.asp If you can't find it there, I
suggest that you contact Lowrance direct and see if they can send you a
manual.

One thing that you want to do, in order to get the best from the unit is to
learn how to use the locator off the automatic setting. It's amazing what
you can learn about a body of water when you're getting the most from your
unit. Sure, you can just turn it on and see how deep the water is, and you
might see some additional detail, but when you learn how to set the
senitivity, screen contrast and the other features, you'll see things that
will amaze you.

hey steve thanx for the response.....i tried calling them but they were
closed......those are the exact details i need to know about this
unit......i have know idea what the features of this unit are....right
now the off button on the touch screen doesn't work so i am just gonna
put a switch in the line...for now i just keep it disconnected...thanx
again
