Lowrance LMS-334ci
 

Hey all,

On the bow of my boat, I have a Lowrance LMS-334cI, I purchased the
LakeMaster Chip for it, and for the lake(s) I fish, the chip works
excellent. I won't go into a full review so far, but I do absolutely
HATE the internal Antenna, but once I purchase my 2nd unit, for my Dash,
I will just share the External Antenna between the two.

Anyway, my question is this. I am having issues with maps disappearing.
What I mean is, when I hit the pages button , or at least when I used
to hit the Pages button, under GPS section, I would have a Map with
Sonar split screen. Now when I turn it on, every single time, that map
is gone. I went to the screen where you can select what maps to show,
and it isn't in there to select either way. So I have to go in, and
reset my options, and then the map comes back. But when I turn it off,
it is gone again. Funny thing is, all my waypoints, and saved trails
are there, but not that one particular map. Has anyone else had this
issue???

Nope, but when I get my boat, I probably will! I have a 334C mounted on the
bow.......

When I get mine, if it does it, I'll call my Lowrance rep and see what he
has to say about this. Have you logged onto the Lowrance site and seen if
there were any software updates?
