Rum River Mn fishing
Seems I will be staying on Mille Lacs Lake and catching walleye and
smallmouth during August but would like to flyfish on Rum river for smallies also. Any info appreciated---can you kayak or canoe part of this stream.? Any of you guys fish up that way? Joe |

I've seen one of them. Shouldn't be any trouble to portage it and the other sounds about the same. Various parts of the Rum are nice to canoe / kayak. I've only done so down near Princeton and Cambridge, though. It's a pretty mellow little river. -- r.bc: vixen Speaker to squirrels, willow watcher, etc.. Often taunted by trout.
