Not really a fly, but my favorite crappie catcher is a
real small (1/64 oz.) bucktail jig.

Not specific to crappie, but gurglers work pretty well.

Nothing specfic to crappie, but I have sometimes had very good luck
with a freshwater version of a Seaducer. Crappie have been pretty
difficult for me around here on a fly rod...most of the time I feel
ultralight spinning and jigs are better tools for the job.

My "go-to" crappie fly is a wooly bugger, weighted, olive, size 12. The
black crappie in Lake Shabbona love it.

YMMV, of course....

A small clauser works great for crappie.
