Ok as some of you know, I have been making my own stickbaits for a
while now. Some of you have fished them and one has even caught the
biggest bass of their lives on it. ( Sorry Jerry couldn't resist). Well
what I would like from the group is a few testers for the stickbaits
I'm making now. While I can surely test my own here on my lakes, I
would like to see what others think of color selection and if and how
they produce in different areas and on different lakes. Honest
criticism, too heavy, too soft, darker, lighter, prototype colors, that
kind of feedback will help me to make some good quality baits. If you
want send me an e-mail with your shipping address and just answer a few
questions.

1. How often do you fish for bass?
2.What is your confidence color in soft stickbaits? in Flukes?
3. How often do you use soft plastics when fishing for bass?
4. Do you have the ability to image fish caught and attach image to an
e-mail?.
5. Do you compete in bass fishing competitions, if so how often?

Now I'm sure in someones book this is spam, so to that person I
apologize. I already have Steve H ande Jerry B down, so drop me an
e-mail and I'll select a few more to add to the list. there is
absolutely no cost involved

Randy,

I would love to test them for you. I fish for bass 5 days a week (if
not more), I haven't fished competitively this year, but I do fish
competitively. I have the ability to get pictures to you electronically.

My confidence color with soft stickbaits white white, and shad. I
always have plastics rigged when fishing bass.

Thanks,

My goto bait is a 5" (5.5"?) Kinami flash in Baby Bass.

I also use their Natural Shad Color in ultra clear water, and the Red Shad
in very stained water or low light conditions.

When bass are actively feeding on sunfish I'll use a green pumpkin with
chartreuse tail because it sinks slower than the kinami and matches the
forage better.

When the bite is very tentative I'll switch to the 4" kinamis in the same
colors. I fish stick worms a lot, and have even had an article title "The
Stick Worm Phenomenon" published in the Arizona Outdoorsman.

I can give your bait an honest evaluation because I will use it.

yeah and as usual, things have changed. I am developing my own colors,
exclusive from what we once offered and keeping some of the colors that
just work great. One difference is that all my sticks will contain
amino acids. At least until I can tell if they make a difference or
not. I made up a batch not too long ago and the fish hammered them.
Went through 10 baits in about 4 hours and took 9 keepers to the boat
and 13 fish overall. So more research will have to be done, that's
where you guys come in. All samples sent out will have whats in it or
what scent they are packed in. Look forward to getting some good
feedback. thanks a bunch guys, got about 20 responses so far
