Not around here, that is a perfect sky for fishing, with a blue bird
sky, you can't buy a single cloud, anywhere, absolutely NONE, it is an
extremely high pressure front, it makes bass fishing a bit more interesting

Heck No, clouds and some wind there. Blue bird skies are not a cloud in site
and barely any wind blowing. I'd fish that water with spinnerbaits all day
long
