Rainbow trout on "OK to eat" list in Colorado
 

Colorado's department of Public Health has issued advisories on several
waters regarding safety of conuming fish from some waters. However,
they have issued a statement saying that rainbow trout, generally,
pose no risk throughout the state.

This is good news for gourmets!
