Another mystery fish
 

Many Thanks for identifying my last mystery fish. I have another one
caught from an Isle of White commercial fishery that i can't decide if
its an ide, bleak, dace or some uniqe Isle of Whiter. Click the link to

Just a small dace.
Yellow eyes, red fins gives it away.
If it was an ide it would sport a darker dorsal fin and tail.
Same goes for the bleak, but with lighter (non orange) pectoral and pelvic
fins.

I think you'll find its just a skinny roach as dace don't have red eyes!

Nor does the fish in the photo, you need glasses mate, or need to adjust the
colour saturation on your monitor.

Very definately a wee yellow eyed dace.
