Yeah these morons keep sending me the same old form letter info, like,
resetting all of my properties, try this and try that, Oh, I'm not sure I
know what to do next call these folk at Highwinds, they handle the
newsserver?
I have requested the email and ph. # for someone at Charter's home office,
but they refuse to do so. When I finally get to the home office, those
bastids are gonna catch hell!

Hi OP,

Err... I must suppose that your missive was intended for some other Danl. If
you were talking to me, my CRS has pegged the meter, cuz I don't remember
what we were talking about.

He had sent me a response about my charter.net issues over at
alt.binaries.pictures.fishing

I guess I sent my reply to the wrong NG, as I had saved his response to my
drafts at work during a brief stint at the computer.
