Anybody know how Redwick is fishing?

I'm off to Redwick next month to fish, and I haven't been there for about 2
years, so was wondering if anyone could tell me how it is fishing and also I
heard a rumour a while ago that the track leading down from the Farm is now
closed to vehicles. Is this True,
