Nitro Boat Livewell Problem

HELP? I live in the Republic of Panama. I own a 96 Nitro Bass
Tracker with double livewells. Used this weekend in a Tourament in
Panama & the live wells filled up to the top overnight. PROBLEM: The
livewells won't drain out! Plugs out & drain lever under throtle
handle put in both positions.

Here we have a wasp that will build nest of mud in any opening,, chances
are something has stopped up your drain pipe, take a wire and ream that
sucker out
