I suppose it's too much to hope for a cataclysmic earthquake to
open a fiery chasm under the Horseshoe and plunge both teams and
those goddamn, obnoxious Buckeye fans into the eternal inferno.
I mean barring that one of them has got to win, as disgusting as
that may be. I'll hold my nose and root Go Blue !

OK. But I'm not gonna bet that way, too close to call and the
spread is only 7 points. The over/under though, that looks like
the bet. The over/under is 41 points. I can't imagine 41 points
being scored in this one. Take the under.

Oh, and Illinois-Northwestern is such a stinker it's not even
on TV. Ouch.

it boils down to a uniform thang, for me. one of the best ever against
one of the worst. more stripes than a zebra. not as bad as the wretched
illini, but still ugly.

and, i will take michigan +7, and the under. specifically, michigan 21,

Doh !! Well, just goes to show, advice on Usenet is worth

USC is the 6 point favorite at home, I'd go with Cal.

heels even up against all comers, and you take all comers, and the loser
will deliver a bottle of the winner's choice the spring after the season's
end, face to face.

similar deal to the one i have had with the chimpanza from urbanza for
lo these many years.

hopefully i will be more successful in my efforts to collect... ;)
